Pause to Reflect guides individuals to look calmly at their moments, learn from their challenges, and acknowledge those who supported them. Building a daily habit to acknowledge, reflect and commit to solutions for tomorrow.

Ben and Kirra are Elementary Teachers and proud parents of three children.
PAUSE is a product of Ben and Kirra's inquiry into making a purposeful difference in their day-to-day moments as teachers and parents. It is influenced by Kirra's experience teaching life-skills programs and Ben's experience in Muay Thai.
